My Apartment is located in the Nyarugunga Sector of Kicukiro District along KK 3 Road in the city of Kigali. The apartment covers an area of over 1 hectare, with panoramic views of the ecological wetland area. We feature 108 well designed spacious apartments include Deluxe Studios, Deluxe One Bedroom Apartments, Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartments, Deluxe Three Bedroom Apartments and Deluxe Four-Bedroom Apartment, each fitted with a flat-screen television, private bathrooms, fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, balcony, etc. We also have a modern conference & meeting room which can accommodate up to 40 pax. The apartment also has an on-site buffet restaurant, gym, and swimming pool, supermarket. WiFi is available throughout the premises. We are strategically placed in proximity to the airport, shopping venues and city landmarks which are within convenient driving distance. The Apartment is well connected locally, sitting within reach of the nearby road networks.
